Red Hood and the Outlaws #13 (HERE BE SPOILERS!)

Meh.  This issue is OK.  It's not great, it's not terrible.  I think the main problem is Roy's narration, mostly because I'm just not all that interested in Roy.  In fact, I'm not all that interested in Koriand'r either.  I'm here for Jason.  As such, I was pretty much doomed to be lukewarm to this issue given that he barely appears in it.  I'm glad that we're wrapping up the space silliness and returning to Earth, particularly since the Joker storyline is bound to involve Jason in a pretty serious way.
